Jaggy World was a tiny experiment I did while I was in high school. I thought I would be witty and embrace the pixelated style of blown-up black-on-white images. The result was a mini-choose-your-own-adventure that began a very long effort I made to keep everything I did extremely low-bandwidth and low-filesize. I was convinced there was still uncharted creative territory in "older" technology. I did not know what I was getting myself into. This piece predates both the 5K web design contest, and the wide cultural acceptance of pixelated aethetics on the web.
